Bug and I went to bring Briz home. Not happening. So, cuddled on his bed, we watched General Conference together. In particular, the talk on physical pain bringing us closer to Christ was interesting from that hospital bed.
Later the girls and I tried to bring the chaos of home to our stir crazy Briz in the hospital. The hospital bed was moved to every possible formation by each and every little one. I think we livened up the entire heart wing with our laughter, countless trips to the snack room, and walks around the floor with a noisy train.
We left him with a scripture and a hug. The girls thanked me and had a wonderful time... You'd think they'd been to an amusement park!
Hopefully Sunday we'll bring him home.
My love, heart, and prayers and with you, Holly and Russ. You are so dear to me, and I feel so grateful to know and love you both.
ReplyDeleteYou will be in my prayers. Seeing Russ in the hospital bed is not registering right in my brain cause i have always thought he was invisible. But i'm glad the recovery is going well
ReplyDeleteSomething about the heart wing? Oh is this real? We send so much love and tender hugs your way.
