1 long day in the heart center.
1 arterey 97% blocked, ready to close any moment and cripple Briz for life
1 stent placed in the said artery.
1 41 year old left for a few more years to guide and love on his family.
1 Good Doctor who spent the day in the hospital with Briz and I
1 Good Friend and Mother in Law who took care of sweet children.
1 sister-in-law who drove home a wife and mother too exhausted and dizzy to drive.
1 Little Mother cried over missed vacation.
1 Sunshine sobbed as if her heart would break, over and over, and over for fear of losing her daddy.
1 angry Ladybug knows God doesn't love her.
1 grateful family prayer.
1 long bedtime story
1 meal in the fridge from Melanie
1 long night in bed with Ladybug bumping me with her knees.
My count brings this to at least 13 enourmous blessings.....and counting.
1 older sister to look up to.
ReplyDelete*1 grateful sister in law, with a heartfull, and tears -at her monitor. As one of Briz's brothers put it earlier today, we are blessed. So much love to you all tonight -from Lehi..B.

You're not alone.
How fragile this life is. And we continue to take so much for granted. Our hands are too far distant but our hearts are near. We love and pray for you!
ReplyDeleteYou do have wonderful family. just look at their support an all sides.
ReplyDeleteeveryone has their own mountain to climb - I would prefer mine over yours . . .
ReplyDelete"But who may aabide the day of his coming, and who shall stand when he appeareth? For he is like a refiner’s fire, and like fuller’s soap. And he shall sit as a refiner and purifier of silver"
He will only hold us in the fire until He sees His image in us . . .
you are getting so close my darling sister!
